1. Do I need a boat licence to hire your boat?
Yes, all drivers must hold a current QLD recreational marine licence or an equivalent interstate powerboat licence.

2. Can I tow the boat myself?
Absolutely! Our boat is trailer-based, and you can tow it yourself to your preferred boat ramp. You’ll even save $50 per day if you choose this option.

3. What’s included in the hire price?
Your booking includes the Bar Crusher Centre Cab vessel, full safety gear, GPS, depth sounder, live bait tank, Esky, and a detailed skipper’s briefing.

4. What optional extras are available?
You can add fishing rods & tackle ($80), electric motor ($100), and stinger suits ($50) to your hire. These are great for fishing, diving, and snorkeling trips.

5. Where can I take the boat?
Explore as far as Whitehaven Beach, cruise the Whitsunday islands, fish the Proserpine River, or head inland to Lake Proserpine. Just stick to approved zones covered in your briefing.

6. How many people can go on the boat?
The boat can safely carry up to 5 adults. It’s perfect for small groups, mates on a fishing trip, or family day adventures.

7. What safety equipment is provided?
We supply life jackets, v-sheet, torch, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and a full emergency guide. Safety is a top priority, and all gear is marine-certified.

8. Can I book the boat for multiple days?
Yes! Multi-day bookings are available and include discounted daily rates. Let us know if you’re planning an extended trip.

9. What happens if the weather is bad?
If the weather is unsafe, we’ll help you reschedule or issue a credit. If it’s just a bit windy, you might prefer a sheltered trip up the Proserpine River or to Lake Proserpine.

10. How do I book and what’s the payment process?
You can Enquire online or by phone. A deposit secures your date, and the balance is due before launch. We’ll confirm licence details and run you through a skipper’s safety briefing before handover.
